James Hester is a native-born West Texan who graduated from Howard Payne University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He moved to East Texas in 1998 and married his wife and together they have 5 children. After 20 years as a County Inspector, James started his own Septic Design Business. His knowledge and experience as a former Inspector and now Designer keeps his clients best interests at the forefront.
